DUTCH HOUSE

Overlooking the Koggala Lake, the Dutch House is a beautiful colonial period house with a contemporary touch. Great lengths were taken to ensure that the period specific architecture was preserved during its recent renovations, including the gorgeous antique wooden doors and windows and an ebony staircase that leads to a private loft. The Dutch House has two airconditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The loft may be used as a third bedroom, and there is also a third bathroom available. Those seeking total privacy will be able to unwind and rejuvenate within the space of the house and its open verandah.

LAKE HOUSE

Our Lake House is a picturesque structure located close to the banks of the spectacular Koggala Lake. It has two air conditioned bedrooms, with truly amazing views of the lake from their private balconies, each with en suite bathrooms - providing guests with a hideaway from the rush of daily life. The Lake House comprises of a unique and private living space of two floors, centred around a large airy verandah, which faces the calm and peaceful Koggala lake. The verandah can be used for dining, as a stylish and beautiful setting for meals, or as a tranquil space to relax and unwind.

WATER

Nothing brings a deeper sense of relaxation than a calm lake or a gently meandering stream of water. At Koggala LakEscape, water completely surrounds you. Our property includes a 40 ft pool swathed in specially imported emerald ‘Sukabumi’ natural stone. Found only in certain parts of Indonesia, Sukabumi has unique water purifying properties. A salt-water purification system adds to the feeling of being with nature. Complementing the lake and the pool, is a large pond, and a spout which provides a traditional outdoor bathing experience.

Our decades old property features modern day amenities, blended seamlessly with natural fauna and water – the perfect composition for tranquility, privacy and peace in nearly every corner of Koggala LakEscape. The property was designed to take you away from the rush of everyday life. Sit on our natural wood decking in the evenings and take in the warm lake breeze or relax on our garden swing whilst reading a good book.
