A charming colonial residence that captures the soul of old Ceylon. Overlooking Koggala Lake, the Dutch House is a beautifully restored two-bedroom home with antique timber detailing, an ebony staircase, and a private loft, that has been converted into a third bedroom.

The Lake House

Perched right at the water’s edge, the Lake House is a retreat designed for laid-back lakefront living. Its two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and each has large glass doors opening to private balconies, with uninterrupted lake views. The large open verandah on the lower floor offers a dreamy setting for dining or relaxing.

With a kitchenette, dining space, and airy interiors across two floors, the Lake House is a tranquil spot for a quiet couple’s getaway or a retreat for upto four guests.

The Garden Suites

The newest addition to the property, the two Garden Suites are designed for families or groups seeking comfort, space, and a touch of nature. The Garden Suites open out to lush garden and pool views, and accommodate up to five guests.

With generous living areas, modern amenities, and direct access to the pool and garden, these stylish rooms have a connecting arrangement making them perfect for families with young children, and offer a peaceful and scenic home base for exploring Ahangama.
